Pros
In Subito you can find a friendly environment plus a good set of benefits (remote working 5 day a week, ticket for lunch, ecc ...)
Cons
Currently there is a huge amount of uncertainty due to the convergence with other marketplaces that are part of Adevinta and it looks like Subito is not being considered as a key actor in this phase. Plus there is a significant part of middle management that appear to be an expert only in endless talking and endless meeting while projects are slowly carried on by the few (smart and cool) people that are operative.
