If you want your mental health to be healthy and ok, then PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don’t work here. Management don’t listen to you when you’re struggling with your workload, they just shout at you to take more tickets and be on available. It’s impossible to work your own ticket queue if you’re also having to take up to 8 tickets a day. They don’t care about their staff, training was messed up and a shambles.. I’d avoid this company like the plague if you have any self worth!
