Pros

Good products - the Diamond ETL tool is a really impressive bit of work Lots of good people whom one can learn a great deal from A very friendly atmosphere for the most part

Cons

Disastrous finances (huge debts to bond holders absorbing all free cash flow) meant late pay more months than on time in 2012. Many good people have left as a result - hard to see Subex recovering from this spiral of contraction.

Thank you for your comments on the Subex products and the friendly atmosphere. That is great to hear. Your comments about the finances of the company do not seem to fully take into account the success of the company in refinancing its bond (FCCB) financing in 2012. As mentioned in the company’s press release of July 9, 2012 (available on the Subex website), the newly issued bonds are mandatorily converted into equity shares at their maturity date. Thus, the financial position of the company, with respect to debt issues, is changed and improved. Subex current success allows it to appropriately invest in its people and products and we look forward to continuing to do so.
