Pros
I honestly found no notable pros worth mentioning.
Cons
This company operates with almost no proper process. Most work is assigned verbally with little to no written communication, which creates confusion and allows blame to be shifted easily. Deadlines are unrealistic — tasks are often assigned late in the day and expected to be completed within hours. The management culture is highly toxic. The management decisions are unquestioned, and both managers and team leads simply pass pressure downward to employees. Instead of supporting the team, many leads focus on protecting themselves and maintaining their image with upper management. There is little mentorship, no constructive guidance, and no real leadership. Even when employees complete urgent work under unreasonable timelines, efforts are rarely appreciated. The focus is only on pointing out minor bugs or mistakes, while the work delivered under pressure is ignored. Accountability is one-sided, and team leads often avoid taking responsibility by placing blame on employees. Termination culture is alarming. Employees are frequently made to feel that they can be fired at any moment. In my case, I was terminated suddenly without prior formal discussion, and a document was issued listing multiple performance concerns that had never been clearly communicated before. Claims of repeated feedback were included, but no proper feedback process existed throughout my time there. Overall, this is not a healthy workplace for professional growth. The environment creates stress, fear, and job insecurity. Consider joining only if you urgently need employment, and be prepared to continue searching for another opportunity immediately.
