Pros
- Always a job that needs to be done. - Bonus available at the end of the year if profit goals are met - ESOP company so stock option - Great work environment if you make friends there
Cons
- Very high turnover on the production floor - Wear many hats so you're usually running around doing something different all day - Mandatory overtime most of the year (really sucks for salaried employees) - Sales can be short sighted and promise unrealistic timelines to customers
