Pros
Its a great company to work for especially if you want to be promoted. They promote within before hiring a new employee! If you work hard, it pays off! I started as a sales associate and within a year and a half I was a store manager.
Cons
Pay isn't that great, never get weekends off, having to sell the discount card and perfume in order to keep your job.
