Thank you for your feedback. As a fast-growing company in the ever-changing digital space, the executive team is constantly tasked with prioritizing initiatives to respond quickly (and smartly) to market demands, and sometimes initiatives may take longer to ensure proper execution can be achieved.
The C-team has made a point to designate open office hours to connect with employees and to have as open of dialogue as desired, and management works hard to keep the business moving forward while sharing relevant updates with staff.
In the last 2 years, Stylehaul has gone through one substantial reorganization, and that was to actually increase our headcount in key areas of our evolving business. Our employee count has constantly grown each year, and we are thankful to have an active, engaged workforce that contributes to the success of the company on a daily basis.
