They treat their employees with little to no respect and do not give you what they promise bonus wise. I have seen many employees come and go and it is usually over the same reasons, lack of training, lack of support, not paying bonus amount and in a timely fashion, playing with your medical benefits, one time you have short and long term disability and the next you don't, over worked and under paid. If you have a problem they tell you that's the job so do it and if you don't like it there are people waiting in the wings to take your job.
