Pay scale is decent for unskilled workers. Good if you like lots of personal interactions.

Non-profit organization run with a corporate structure. Very little respect for front line workers who are marginalized. If you want to feel unappreciated and disrespected this is the job for you! Job security is non existant.

Unfortunately I can't think of any reason someone would want to work in an office where you are undermined and under appreciated.

No action plan for office or budget for monies coming in, no plan for facility upkeep, hires people then changes their position
