None to speak of unless you are a masochist. This is a page that caters to lazy students that can afford to pay for their homework, quizzes and exams to be done in their entirety by online tutors, to hell with the student honor code. Some even pay for their entire classes to be completed. The administrators are virtual task masters, petty tiny little people that will use unwritten rules and regulations to sanction you regardless of your actual performance. Suspensions and pay withholding are common events, this page is basically overseen by a bunch of childish petulant brats that have control issues that they project upon their tutors. Deadlines, regular check ins and time limits on communications policies that violate state labor laws, we are independent contractors not employees on call but this is abused regularly. Dare to say, if you speak up your job feed algorithms will be changed and you will get no work, petty is the name of the game here, truly horrible however, a necessary evil in these extraordinary times. To sum it up, if you want to be treated like dirt and scrape out an existence while giving these clowns over 20% of your pay while eating poo daily to continue on, this is your dream job. However, for those with any self esteem and dignity, you will quickly find yourselves in my shoes, trapped in a hellish position of marginalization, abuse with petty childish dolts pulling the strings. Lastly, while I am a university graduate holding several degrees, the vast majority of the tutors on the site are not and, for many English is a second language. I bring this up not to disparage my fellow slaves but to alert the potential users to the pitfalls of entrusting your term paper or God forbid, thesis or dissertation to someone that lacks a full grasp of the language. I have been called on to re-write and or correct many papers that were very poorly drafted and, lacked basic structure, grammar or cohesive content. Caveat emptor!
