nice people (mostly), easy schedule, pretty laid back environment

-no growth, no raises, no reviews, no HR, no real sales -disorganized and lacking structure -there are shady deals between production and factories, some of them are trying to take control of everything, so they can use their own people and take commission -bad benefits
