Pros
- Remote Working - Some Really Wonderful Designers and Beautiful Projects - Free Perrier - Free Bananas
Cons
- Nobu is cut and paste. It might look fantastic visually, but there isn't really any new design or innovation happening. - Incredibly long work hours. If you enjoy working late most nights without food then this might be the place for you. - The level of creative design you experience in architecture can be interpreted differently by different people. But lets face it, no ones goes home at night boasting about how creative they were today after placing finish tags, adding dimensions to drawings, creating schedules, and ordering samples . If you enjoy being "creative design", you won't get much of a chance here. - Most of the staff here being exploited with visas and are underpaid as a result.
