Pros
Great group of colleagues to work with. Good people with a healthy sense of humor, all working together to achieve the same goal. You get the sense that the folks here have your back and want to help you learn and improve. Great place to get exposed to a lot of different and interesting project types. Upper management is also eager to hear you out about your strengths and interests - getting you working on projects you are interested in while also involving you in multiple areas of the design process.
Cons
The biggest drawback is something that you hear from a lot of architecture firms. The firm operates with the goal of allowing its staff a good work/life balance but is inconsistent/falls short in achieving this goal. Staffing on large projects could be better (larger projects typically needing more support than is given). Mostly on larger, more complex projects, project teams tend to have to step up and work longer hours to achieve necessary results. Its a growing firm so these kinds of conditions are not surprising
