Pros
Good way to see what happens from start to finish at an interior design firm, fast pace and always activity. But this is of course easy to find at alternative companies
Cons
Really awful work life balance, with no conversation between management and staff about how this is in a problem. Weird staff dynamic due to bad management. Staff are fired at the drop of the hat with no reason / warning. Avoid this place.
