Best place to work for. The work environment is amazing, people care for your opinion and I feel like every day I can learn more and more from the team. Very strong and good culture and values.
Cons
When working for external partners, the company sometimes hold their opinion back, changing design directions that they didn't necessarily have agreed on, to maintain the good relationship in between partners.
