Incredible support and coaching. Work life balance, and managing my own schedule. Big thinking and support to do more. I think the management staff are top notch;they expect a lot and keep you to task. They are working hard with you. I have never seen a harder working executive director from the mission and fundraising perspective.

Long term line staff +4 years are myopic and limited. Many have not been in other places, and their purview is frustrating. Management should move them out quickly.

pros are that everyone is a sweetheart and the team was so lovely. albeit some a bit standoffish but that's fine, I was an intern anyway so I get it

cons is they are a taddddd disorganized, resulting in essentially giving myself work to do every shift to feel useful ,.. and like I was actually doing something
