The work life balance they offered was great. I don't know if it's still the same but at the time you could pick from two different work from home schedules and three in office schedules. The vacation time was awesome but the greatest perk was my peers. Great people.
Cons
The slowly began to change the culture of the company. They made the environment very competitive by instituting a top ten/ bottom ten policy. Your manager had to nominate someone every week in the top ten percent of the group based on work output. They also had to nominate someone at the bottom ten percent of the group. It caused nothing but havoc.
