Staff at the corporate office is not motivated and the CEO ignores the issues at hand. PPl who have been there for over 10+ years don't do the work, their staff does and gets no real reward in the end. DEI is not real and those who are yes ppl to founder are the only ones that really have a say or voice when it comes to anything. HR is really a joke and does not behave or handle situations correctly. That alone is a case waiting to happen for the organization
