Everyone is overworked. The leadership openly sets ridiculous timelines to "motivate people" in the hope that even if they miss them they'll still deliver faster than if they had a reasonable pace. The pay doesn't match the stress. And there is little to no celebration of milestones.

Nice people and lots of interesting work.

Lots of red tape due to being insurance and banking makes it frustrating at times to get traction on what could be rewarding projects.
