A great opportunity - IT Support Engineer StuDocu Employee Review

I have been with Studocu for eight years, starting when we were a small team of about 20 people and now expanding to almost 150+. I genuinely believe in our mission to support students worldwide, and I feel professionally and personally valued. The management has consistently demonstrated their care for me, often going above and beyond to provide support when I needed it. Communication is transparent, and the team culture is incredibly supportive. I highly recommend Studocu as a workplace.

To be honest, it's hard to find negative points. I wouldn't be working here for all these years if it wasn't a great place to work.

Bad management Huge changes happen unexpectedly Changes that affect many people and their jobs It's scaling but it needs some guidance to do it in a proper way. They tend to be disorganized as a whole, so you see that it affects everyone
