Pros
Company used to be fine to work for. Pay and benefits are not competitive, but management used to be flexible and allow remote work for corporate employees. There really are no pros anymore except that the industry is pretty recession resistant
Cons
Company moved from remote /hybrid work to 100% in office. Forced employees back into the office with little to no notice. Lots of people will be leaving soon with a lot of experience. If you go to work at corporate be prepared to be micromanaged like a middle school student. Only 2 weeks of vacation and salaries 35-50% below market value.
