Pros
The pay but at a pay to hazard weigh in it falls incredibly short. So none unless you live close then I'd guess the short drive would be nice. However you may want the long drive so you can drive around and find better employment.
Cons
Management, lack of communication, lack of hazard training, lack of accountability, lack of any sort of understanding of what your having your employees do. You don't hold your business to the high standards you are trying to hold your employees too.
