Pros
Stryker does what is right— which is something I can get behind. It feels good to work for an ethical organization with an amazing mission.
Cons
They don’t always care about employee retention. One example is then switching all employees over a certain grade level to unlimited PTO with only a few weeks warning before it began. Was not fair for employees who has been saving up their PTO and could not sell it back.
