People have been leaving over the past year like rats leaving a sinking ship. This is occurring across management, production, and engineering. A recent hiring freeze also means that those who remain are getting more work without additional pay. Long-term growth paths are nonexistent. Meeting goals gets rewarded by higher goals that you have no control over. Knee-jerk fast-fixes are favored at all times. Pay is lower than most competitors throughout the valley. Mandatory overtime is the standard. Work-life balance is nonexistent.
