Several! If you are a white privileged male, this is the perfect job for you. You will find that Stryker looks for VERY particular people. White, (usually male) athletes. No one actually wants to work and no one knows what’s going on, ever. Along with this, the schedule was terrible. One week you worked 7a-3:30p, another week you would work 3:30p-11p and every shift in between in rotation. Plus on-call weeks which would be over nights and weekends. They try to tell you moving up is easy, just give it a year. But it’s actually impossible. Unless, of course, you’re a white male. I have NEVER seen someone of color working here.
