New products are frequent, so there's always something new or coming up. Good if you like constant challenges. The work is tiring, but never boring. Good career opportunities and accelerated promotion if you give up your life and morals and make friends with the right franchise leader, especially the most powerful one.
Cons
Incentive structure not perfect, but leadership is the biggest problem at Stryker Australia. This is not a safe place to discuss your issues or poor behaviour from others, especially not if they are about top sales performers. Those guys get away with anything if they make money for the franchise leaders, and HR supports it. Everyone talks about this. They will put this comment down to a disgruntled employee or an underperformer, because of their incredible arrogance.
