Over the years we have promoted more of a work/life balance. Through focus groups and ongoing conversations with the team, we used this information to update our PTO policy with higher balances and a work from home policy which has been positively received by everyone. We continue to solicit our team for input on how we continue to enhance our current positive and fun culture.
