Diverse work and workers are incredibly knowledgeable in their fields. Will learn a lot in a very short amount of time.
Cons
Huge turnover with new employees. Communication with management is frustrating and confusing. Work place culture is non existent. Work life balance is not existent. Low pay and poor raises. Poor work culture has affected relationships with management and workers. Will be expected to work over time with no additional pay.
