      The owners are very fake!! They are sloppy and they treat their employees like trash

      Cons

      Good bonuses, But they only give you a bonus to attract you in the beginning and after the promises

      Employers beware of personnel who claim to be leaders that want up front bonuses. A resume that looks too good to be true should cause pause and a lot of due diligence.

      I fully love my job at Stronghold. I love the people I work with. I love the tasks I am assigned. My work has complexity that challenges me and makes me stronger.
