Pros
Other recruiters are fun.
Cons
The pay is low, no chance to hit targets. The Management is terrible, they brought someone in who doesn't know anything about recruiting but she says she does. If you want a job here make promises that you can do things for the company, they will hire you instantly. They don't care if they lose someone because they know they can find an average Joe off the street to replace them. Most people only stay a year because they realize there is no future within the organization. There are two offices, one in MN and the other in TX. Lot of tension between the two about stealing people and hours worked and call totals. Really wouldn't recommend working here, but it was a good starting point to get you comfortable on the phones for the next job.
