      I was working as a software developer in Strobilanthes about an year. Its a great place to work and progress your learning curve.

      Cons

      Agile method for project management was poor I would say they didn't have a proper method for project management.

      Pros

      They worked on cutting-edge technologies like AR/VR/IoT which were new to India. The products made were ideal and were ahead of the times.

      Cons

      The momentum could not be sustained for long. After the initial phase people were let go. Key personnel left the team and those left behind were asked to leave too.
