Worked as a sales associate at Strobert Tree Service and had a great experience. Team is supportive, management is fair, and there’s plenty of opportunities to grow. Pay was solid, and commission structure was good. Some days were super busy, but that’s expected. If you work hard, you’ll do well here.

It can get hectic, especially during peak seasons. Sometimes communication between departments could be better, and follow-ups on certain leads took longer than expected.

No pros to at all.

The owner/CEO and president is not a good person to work for. Stay away from this company at all costs. Fraud being committed and very high turnover rate with new sales reps every year. Withholding pay and commission is not a professional way to run a company.
