Fire you with no warning and with no good causes of why. They will give you the list of reasons they say are why they are firing you but most are lies or issues that could have easily been fixed if presented prior to being fired. (i.e. style of writing for paperwork). Management has no skills in training or keeping employees that they do not instantly become friends with. They will also try to rush you out the door without giving all the proper documentation. Then say to call for the rest but never call back. Ends up wasting hours of time trying to get all the documentation legally necessary (i.e. pay stubs and accurate pay checks). Good luck if you are in any way different from anyone else who works there personality wise because you won't last long.
