Pros
Front office staff very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Some quality products kept the business alive over the years.
Cons
Lack of innovation was the main culprit for much of the companies problem points. Ultimately this led to ownership changes and finally closing the plant and moving operations out of state.
