Pros

Most of the employees are nice and they do a company lunch once a month.

Cons

The easiest con to fix would be the filth. All of the work spaces are just plain dirty. The warehouse has empty boxes and packaging materials all over making the entire area a tripping hazard. There is no professional cleaning service so garbage overflows and the bathrooms are disgusting. Dead bugs and cobwebs are all over the office spaces. Promotion and pay raise are promised and then the promises are broken. Key positions are left vacant for long periods of time and then when personnel are hired to fill the vacancies, they are overwhelmed. New employees receive much more criticism than guidance. Hard work is never rewarded with recognition or even compliments. RUN away and keep looking for something else, you will be miserable here!

Pros

This company does really well with recognizing and rewarding dedicated work. Potential for growth is always there, as the company itself is always expanding. Wonderful family atmosphere, but with the respect and procedures of a corporate standard to ensure a positive and safe environment for the employees.

Cons

This is a warehouse, so even office positions are in a warehouse environment,

Pros

I’ve had opportunities to grow my skills and take on more responsibility, which I really appreciate. There’s room to move up if you’re motivated and speak up. The vibe is pretty laid back but still productive. They understand people have lives outside of work, which is huge when it comes to needing time off and emergencies. No company is perfect, but this one does make an effort to do right by its people. I’m proud to be part of the team.

Cons

There are growth opportunities, but you may have to be proactive about asking for them.
