      Good people poor incentives - Imaging Specialist Stria Employee Review

      Pros

      Stria had a clean working environment, and some great people to work with.

      Cons

      Though there were some great people, the few bad ones truly bring down the company. Pay is (for the most part) minimum wage for the majority. Many people I know worked there for years with no raise. May have changed since I have worked there.

      Pros

      The CEO took into consideration of my health and had a great PPO plan added for employees to get away from the generic HMO. This allowed me to get a life saving surgery.

      Cons

      Unfair shift of balance of work is common in the department I was in.
