Such a Great Company to Work for ! - Client Service Representative Streamlined Record Retrieval Employee Review

I have enjoyed working for Streamlined Record Retrieval very much. I am only leaving because I am moving to Price, Utah. I have enjoyed working with the company’s CEO and President, Scott Fugate. He called me within hours of me submitting an my resume/application and we got an in-person interview scheduled for the next day. I was also given some information about the company right off the bat so I’d have a chance to do some more research on the company before I even went in. It’s been great working with my manager and Chief Operations Officer, Taylor Fugate. Kayleb Kirby, our Senior Operations Manager, was also very helpful. Both of these managers have been very open to questions, they’ve been very kind in giving constructive feedback, and helping me grow as a professional. Not just the managers, but everyone in the office has been wonderful. Thank you Mark for answering all of my questions and being my friend. Thank you Marla for being so nice to me on my first day and sharing not one but TWO coffee creamer bottles with me. Thank you Merilee for always chatting with me in the breakroom. Our document delivery team, Andrea and Dena have always been a blast to work with. So has our accounting team! The open-door policies at Streamlined have made a world of difference. This has been the best job I’ve ever worked at. I have loved the dynamic of this family owned, small business. I would work here again in a heartbeat if the opportunity arises again. Thank you for helping me grow.

I do not have any complaints about this job. None. Compensation was more than fair. Management was great, so we're the other employees. I just don't have anything negative to say.

The owner and his family (who also work there) are very kind and generous. They do an amazing job to make everyone feel like part of the family. There is some room for advancement if the positions open up. The job function is easy and great for someone who's just graduated high school.

The HR manager they hired last year has caused a lot of issues and has turned the company around and not in a good way. It seems there's not effective communication between him and the owner. HR is way too involved, rather than just there as a resource. I've never seen anything like it. The family owned business dynamic is also kind of hard to deal with sometimes, but that's going to be the case with any family owned company you work for. Over all my experience was good, but I would caution those looking to apply that the structure isn't ideal, especially for long term employment.
