Pros
+ value knowledge and individual growth (Training and workshops) + good company culture + accept critiques (360 reviews: peer-to-peer, supervisor-employee, employee-supervisor) and encourage self-improvement + versatile pool of talents where people can learn from each other The company has missteps in the past, but it has shown to be able to bounce back; stronger. It was evident especially during the early stages of the pandemic. The company was able to act fast and shift workflows quickly; maintaining the security of the projects whilst catering to the employee's needs and well-being to work from home. It was a decent transition. During the pandemic, most companies had to cut down or shut down. But in Streamline (all divisions), there was a great sense of camaraderie, everybody pulled together in the difficult times.
Cons
- lack some Specialist roles (check career page) - communication could still be improved (WFH and timezone were/is still an additional constraint) - need more benefits with competing salaries (perhaps it has improved now) - can be overly ambitious sometimes (could also be seen as motivating/testing the limits)
