Pros
-Diversity across the organization. I value working with different people around the world, most of all passionate people in the creator space. -SE makes my life easier because I don't spend hours a day stuck in a car commuting. I instead spend those hours contributing to the success of the company. -Since working at SE I've learned a great deal about performance marketing -Enjoy working in a creator first environment -You can tell the CEO and exec team care about the people who work here by how involved they are in the day to day. -We have a great engineering management team that strive to balance the work coming in from product to ensure work/life balance.
Cons
Remote work isn't for everyone. This is a start up, you need to have that mentality coming in. Both are things I appreciate because it creates drive and a common goal to succeed in a company.
