- high expectations but they give you the resources to hit them - heavy workload but aren't working you to the ground or requiring you to work into the night

The leadership is terrible and the environment is very toxic. Among other fun quirks the folks at the top (I won't call them leadership because there is actually no team that exemplifies any semblance of good leadership at Stream), decide they don't like you for some reason, they completely ignore you. For that and many other reasons, run away.
