Jordan and Scott. They are professional and know how to run a business. Scott and Jordan have it in them to drive an amazing culture and be amazing leaders to a successful organization. They just really need to take over completely and cut the other owners out. Decent pay

The other owners don't know how to communicate with their employees in a professional or kind manner. They both micromanage and have very grey direction. When directly asked for documentation of direction and conversation they will refuse which is not great for employees as they never have a clear stated direction. They also had employees unload and take furniture into a new office, then lay them off when the hard labor was finished. (Should have hired movers rather than use people under the pretense that they were fine) They will also withhold rightfully earned commission if a client hasn't paid. Not just a couple days but a month plus. This is a concerning outlook for the financial health of the organization if they cannot properly pay their employees when obligated to. Zero HR presence until recently, so I would advise staying away for the next year or so while he cleans up the mess that is Stratice.
