Pros
-Team is very helpful and supportive. -You get to work on the latest technologies. -You get to contribute in meetings and team discussions and your opinion will be valued. -The work you do will go to production, so you have a major role for the team and the company. -Great place to work for hard working people and you get to introduced to new stuff faster.
Cons
As it a a startup so there won't be a proper training program for the interns, so you have to learn things on your own. Though you will get help from the seniors, in my opinion its a good thing as you become expert in new stuff on your own at an increasing rate.
