Strateology is a great place to work. It is a product development company. Work is very fast pace. Every day is a busy and challenging. This place is not for relaxing and having fun. It is a place to learn and prove yourself.

I like working here. I don't have many Cons at this point of time.

Strateology is a product development company, scope of learning software programming and the processes is a lot. Very flat in hierarchy and more focused on people and its clients. Culture is also good. Good place to work for people with lot of initiative, drive to experiment new stuff in the modern day technology offerings.

At times it is difficult to catchup at the pace how new stuff gets done. One really has to keep up and no chances of being laid back.
