Pros
you get a job at the end of the training, and pick up some knowledge along the way
Cons
lots of misinformation from beginning to end, the higher ups were constantly going back and forth on things they said. (job was remote at first then by the end of it we were expected to go in 2-3x weekly, also we all applied for SWE roles but by the end of it some of us were pushed into Mainframe or BSA roles instead to fill their quota/demands from the client).
