Executive team and CEO talk a good game. They speak of transparency, fair and consistent practices for the workforce although, NOTHING they actually do and decisions made do not support those words. Strong sense of "Friends and Family" benefits are in place for a select few that do not perform but are well compensated over others that over performing and making the real contribution to the organization. There is a reason that the company has not been awarded any new contracts, turnover is high and culture has deflated in the last 2 years. I would speak highly of the CFO and CCO but the COO and CEO have a lot to learn about reality of the state of the organization. The constant abuse management and upper level endear is uncalled for. When you treat highly skilled people like you know it all and they are beneath you, have no decision making ability, demean them publicly and in private it shows in your ability to lead a successful company. If you want to be a silent voice, sleep with the poor treatment of employees and support a mother may I culture on your conscience, this is the perfect company for you. Otherwise, do not apply, run and don't look back. Being employed here will cause you sleepless nights and hinder your reputation on your resume.
