Pros
SRS has a mandate for only hiring top-tier individuals- not just book smart, but personality, and driven individuals. Offering a key-turn service, SRS has been the best employer I've had to date. Personable, yet focused on client-solutions, ive found myself part of a team that respects me as an employee, our clients as a service provider, and the constant change in the industry (insurance and technology alike). Not scared of being a leader, Im very proud to work for SRS.
Cons
Private equity investment in the last 2 years has seen positive, organic, business growth globally for the firm, but with this - I have seen a corporate or "big 4" legalise creep that ive seen impinge on the comfort of a small office - New, blanket rules handed down which are oblivious to the former office culture that made it successful in the first place. Still great- growth pains perhaps - but I recognize the lingo when I hear it...
