Pros
Take home vehicle, ASM was great to work for. Job wasn’t hard to do on a daily basis.
Cons
Low pay, bonuses were hard to achieve due to nitpicking on audits. No control of my route. Had to run it in the order it was sent. Constantly heard about being more efficient from upper level management. Yet couldn’t organize my route in a more efficient way. All I heard when I tried to get stops moved was “Looking at a map of the area....” I understand you have a software program and google maps, but it doesn’t think and reason like a human being. And you don’t know squat about the geographic area I’m working in. Lived here all my life, ran routes here for the past 20+ years. You don’t know traffic patterns and what’s happening on the roads. Would be like me pulling up google map of Denver or Sepulpa and telling you how to drive home from work every day. No common sense used. Then when I left the company, I had my audits already, and sold the sales incentives into the stores already. And you wouldn’t pay me for them because I didn’t quote” work the entire quarter “ never mind I’d already earned them. So you stole from me. I didn’t steal from SRP when opportunity was given by your mistake at the beginning of the year (overplayed me). I called and made you aware of it. Yet you chose to steal from me! Then paid my vacation time at regular $14.45 an hour instead of vacation rate. Glad I left. Would not even consider coming back again.
