The company does a great job at trying to help everyone succeed, they feel that if the employees are not succeeding than neither is the company.

If you are not self driven or organized this can be a tough environment to work in.

Can't think of a single one

I signed an offer letter with a specific start date, completed all of my paperwork, and waited. As my start date got closer, I began calling the supervisor, HR, and others trying to find out information about where to go, when to be there, etc. I was treated as if it were an inconvenience that I was calling each time, and told I would get an immediate call back but never did. I called 8-10 times over three weeks. I finally get ahold of someone on what was supposed to be my start date, and was told they had called/emailed multiple times about needing more paperwork (but they had not- they had the correct number and email but I had received nothing and been told nothing when I called), and that they had given my position away. I've never been spoken to so unprofessionally, been lied to like this, or had such difficulty finding answers in any job I've had.
