Pros
You can have oily snacks, tea and coffee every evening as much as you like.
Cons
1. No Onsite oppurtunities, 2. No trainings are held and yet a hefty amount will be deducted from your salary for providing you training. 3. No work-life balance. Because the "leadership group" doesn't believe in having a life other than "Office Life". 4. If you are not from Kerela, there's no chance of leadership opportunities. 5. People have already planned their retirement because they are "Unemployable" in any other company. That's because they don't learn any new skills... 6. If you give any new skill ideas, people never really accept that. 7. All the employees are at the mercy of their managers, for each and every decision in work. So they have to keep on buttering them for approval and incentives.
