Pros

Fast-paced, professional environment with strong opportunities to learn and grow. The Firm is client-focused and values collaboration, accountability, and high standards. Employees who are proactive, communicate well, and are comfortable building relationships across different departments tend to succeed. The experience gained here is valuable, especially for those looking to build strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Cons

The workload can be demanding, and the pace may not be for everyone. This environment is better suited for those who are adaptable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Pros

· Nice view from the office.

Cons

In my experience, while the pay looks decent on paper, the daily stress, having to do the work of more than one person, and dealing with constant dysfunction made it feel like only "okay" compensation at best -- certainly not worth the toll it takes. · From what I observed, the culture is extremely toxic — it reminded me of The Boys with a Homelander-like CEO running things. Many people seemed genuinely afraid of being yelled at or fired. Turnover is extremely high. · To me, upper management appeared disconnected from the work being done across departments. From what I could tell, priorities seemed to change constantly, and deadlines always seemed to be missed. The respect for employees is the least priority here.
